Bram’s particular expertise is in business leadership and organisational development.
Bram chaired the Dutch Mirror Committee for ISO 55000 and has practical experience of using ISO 55001 as a guide for implementing risk-based decision making processes with management boards, stakeholders and employees.
He is accustomed to deriving benefits from integration with corporate risk management frameworks such as COSO, leading to increased organisational value. He is experienced in evaluating and addressing the needs of stakeholders at all levels, including dealing with media interest in major projects.
He has experience of successfully delivering complex, nationally significant organisational change and infrastructure projects. He is fully conversant with all aspects of asset management and of the challenges of successful implementation.
He has a thorough understanding of the effective implementation of risk-based decision-making and has run over 50 training sessions and workshops on risk and asset management across gas, rail, water, ports and airports throughout Europe, Asia, Middle East and the Americas.
